Appointments
Please note that as a courtesy to all clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late arrival to your appointment may reduce the length of the treatment, but will still be charged at the full price.
If you need to change your appointment this must be done via mobile phone text message, or email or telephone call, in line with the cancellation policy.
Treating you in your home
Treating you in your home can take the stress out of travel and undoing the relaxing effects of reflexology. In order for me to give you a beneficial treatment I need to be comfortable, before booking a mobile treatment please consider the following

The space needs to fit the equipment I bring, which is a reclining chair and stool

There is parking very close by in order for me to carry all my equipment

If parking is paid for then the additional charges will be added to treatment fees

Ensure the home can be quiet and free from distractions so you can benefit from treatment

It is a smoke free home
Cancellations
As a small business, I have a limited number of appointment times each week. Whilst I understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel as life throws curveballs, I am happy to rebook that short notice cancellation once, however I would require payment upfront to secure rearranged apt. As a small business I ask that you please provide notice outlined below. This allows time for me to readvertise the cancelled appointment.

Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice will be required to pay 50% of treatment costs.

On the day cancellations or no-shows will incur 100% of the treatment costs.

Male Clients Referral Only by Existing Client
As a reflexologist I will only treat males if referred by an existing client, and I am fully comfortable with that referral.
